BollyTrust Policy Agreement
For the confidence of the customers, karolbagh.nl under the BollyTrust policy agreement with the suppliers on karolbagh.nl, hold the payment made by the customer until after a period of 1 week after the product has been delivered at the customers doorstep.
The customers may return the defective order within the 1 week period for a full refund. Please note that the delivery charges of the shipment (both ways) will be borne by the seller and NOT BY THE CUSTOMER, under the BollyTrust policy agreement. The defective shipments/product are to be returned only after a written confirmation by the BollyTrust team at karolbagh.nl
Shipments/products returned undelivered for any reason will not be covered under this policy agreement.
karolbagh.nl is a middle man in the transaction and always makes sure that the rights of its customers & sellers are protected.
karolbagh.nl may charge a fee of US$ 1.99 or a 9.99% of the total disputed product transaction amount (which ever is selected during purchase/sale) as a service charge for its services from the customer & seller both before processing a refund depending on the conditions prevalent at the time of return. It is and will be the sole discretion of karolbagh.nl to determine the amount of refund to its customers.
In essence, in the event of a dispute with the seller, BollyTrust team from karolbagh.nl will ensure that rights of both the customer & seller are taken care of.
This agreement is subject to the general laws and conditions of retail trade in the world and all disputes are strictly subject to the Jurisdiction of The Netherland's courts.
